JOB OPENING  :   HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Job Summary

The HR Officer supports the organization in growing the skills and capabilities of its people. This position shall help determine the learning and development needs of the employees by conducting training needs analysis, development and performance gap analysis, designing learning programs. This position shall also assist in facilitating recruitment and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

Education/ Training: Bachelor’s Degree

Work experience: At least 3-5 years working experience on the role

Special skills/Knowledge:

• Previous experience in Learning and Organizational Development
• Knowledge of leadership and management development
• Facilitation Skills
• Skills in Training Needs Analysis, Training Design and Development, Training Evaluation

Other Skills:

• Fluency in English essential, uncompromising confidentiality, good interpersonal,

Communication, and writing skills; strong organizational and leadership skills, influencing skills, coaching skills

• 30-35 years old/Female/ single or Married
• Evangelical Christian and with good moral character
• Good decision-making skills

Required personal characteristics:

• Team Player, demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results of the organization

Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper

Job Objectives:

To provide responsible and timely cash flow, bookkeeping and filing.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Accounting and/or Business Administration major in Management
• At least 3 -5 year work experience
• Evangelical Christian
• Female, 25-40 years old
• Married and/or single
• Decisive, teachable, and committed
• With good moral character
• Proficient in oral and writing skills
• With two (2) years experiences in bookkeeping or knowledgeable in using Quickbooks
• Have also experience in secretarial works
